Medicii User Agreement

1. Using Medicii

Medicii is a technology platform that helps customers request medicine quotes, submit required information and documents, pay for approved orders, and receive order updates. Medicii does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medicine, or replace a doctor, pharmacist, or emergency service.

2. Eligibility and personal use

You must provide accurate account and order information and use Medicii only for lawful personal orders. Commercial resale, wholesale purchasing, clinic inventory, fraud, and attempts to bypass identity, prescription, or payment checks are prohibited. Requests must not exceed a 90-day personal supply unless Medicii approves otherwise in writing.

3. Prescriptions, safety, and fulfillment

Prescription medicines require a valid prescription from an appropriately registered medical practitioner where required. You are responsible for supplying accurate documents and information. A quote, payment, or account does not guarantee that an order can be lawfully fulfilled, imported, shipped, or delivered. Medicii and participating pharmacies may decline, cancel, or request more information for safety, supply, identity, prescription, or compliance reasons.

Do not use Medicii for emergencies. For urgent medical needs, contact local emergency services or a qualified health professional. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about side effects, interactions, dosing, and whether a medicine is appropriate for you.

4. Quotes, prices, and payments

A quote is not an order. Prices, availability, shipping, service fees, taxes, and fulfillment timing may change until you accept an approved quote and complete the required checkout steps. Payment is processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Medicii may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will notify you when practical.

5. Documents and privacy

You authorize Medicii and authorized fulfillment partners to use the documents and information you submit only as needed to review, process, support, comply with applicable obligations, and fulfill your request. You must not upload another person’s documents without authority. You should protect your account credentials and notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, use stolen payment methods, upload malicious files, interfere with the service, seek controlled or prohibited products, or use Medicii in violation of applicable laws. We may suspend or close accounts that violate this agreement or create safety, security, or compliance risks.

7. Service availability and limitations

Medicii works to provide accurate information and secure service, but does not promise uninterrupted availability, specific medicine availability, delivery dates, or eligibility in every location. The service is provided subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

8. Changes, support, and governing terms

Medicii may update this agreement when the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be presented through the service when appropriate. Questions, account concerns, and requests to change an email address can be sent to support@medicii.net. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory law that applies to your order.

9. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to this User Agreement.
