Answers before you order.

Can I request more than one medicine?

Yes. Add multiple medicines to one quote request. They are reviewed together and can be added to the same order cart.

When do I upload documents?

After accepting a quote, during checkout. Prescription and government-ID documents must be PDFs.

Is a quote an order?

No. A quote is pricing information. An order begins only when you accept the reviewed quote and proceed through checkout.

Can I make a wholesale or clinic order?

No. Medicii currently supports personal orders only, with a maximum 90-day personal supply per request.

Will every medicine be eligible?

No. Product availability, prescription requirements, pharmacy checks, and applicable requirements can affect whether a request can proceed.

How will I know when my order changes?

Medicii sends account updates when a quote is reviewed, when documents or delivery details change, and after verified payment. You can also sign in to check your current order status.
